If you have a lightly used John Ellis Living Water Machine and you would like to sell it us, please message us directly so we can get pictures from you and then make you an offer. We reserve the right to stop the buyback program at any time. We will only buy back machines which are Living Water Machine (LWM-4 and LWM-5) models. They should be in good condition with less than 5 years of use with minimal hard mineral scale buildup. We will require pictures of the inside of the heating element, inner coil area and other areas where water and steam come into contact with the John Ellis Machine. All parts of the machine should be functional and in good working condition.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
These machines are made to order by the John Ellis Water Company in Westbrookville, New York. Right now, to get a machine you will need to be PATIENT as it will take around 2.5 months to build and receive the machine. When business is normal it typically takes around three weeks to build and receive the John Ellis Living Water Machine. If you are unable to wait for the machine, please do NOT order it. You can also message us directly to see if we have any machines on hand. Most of the time we do, and we pre-order the machines to reduce the amount of time you have to wait to receive one. Once you place the order for a John Ellis Living Water Machine, we are UNABLE TO OFFER A REFUND so please make sure you absolutely positive before you make a decision to purchase. This is an excellent way to determine if you have very hard water full of minerals, or other contaminants higher than the recommended daily limit set by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
