I would like to tell you of my excellent experience with your representative Robert.  I ordered a John Ellis (LWM-5) Water Machine in the Fall of 2023.  I didn’t get time to use it for a few weeks because I needed to find a faucet adapter for my sink faucet, and Robert helped us get this resolved.

To my surprise, the electrical cord for the UV lights was not sent by the John Ellis Company Robert orders the machines from.  Instead, there was a note saying to contact the John Ellis Company after the first of the 2024 year to request for the missing item. This most likely happened because the UV light transformer power cords were on back order. Nonetheless, I will still shocked and disappointed after such a pricey purchase!  When I told Robert I was disappointed about the missing power cord, he said he would send me a cord, and he would contact the John Ellis Company after the first of the year for me.  As you would expect, I was thrilled with this resolution!

Robert is very easy to communicate with and texted me when to expect the John Ellis Water machine to arrive. He did the same thing when we sent me a replacement power cord too!  I am very pleased with him reaching out to me and responding via text, even while out of town with his family!  He always responded, if even to say I will get back to you this evening and then he would.  He is very reachable and reliable.  I am very appreciative for all of his help and guidance in getting my John Ellis Water Machine up and running.
