John Ellis Living Water machines

Our John Ellis Living Water Machine Limited Warranty describes a 180-day limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, subject to the exclusions stated there. It also states: “All returns are subject to a $250 return charge.”

The 180-day warranty period is not a stated return window. Please contact us with questions about return eligibility for your machine.

Bottled John Ellis Water

John Ellis Water in a BPA-free bottle or glass jug cannot be returned once it has been received by the customer.
